Brian Rodden is a non-practising Solicitor and Law Society Lexcel Consultant and Assessor. He has spent 20 years in business holding senior management positions in the leisure, property and recruitment industries, concentrating on compliance and financial management and has been consulting with and auditing law firms to the Lexcel Standard, The LawNet Standard and ISO 9001 since 2010.
Brian will work with law firms and in-house legal departments to ensure compliance with the SRA Standards and Regulation and Codes of Conduct 2019. Brian only works with lawyers and fully understands, having been both in private practice and in-house, the challenges faced by the legal profession today.
